My friends helped me celebrate my birthday this year. We went to eat dinner at Spaghetti Alley and attended "First Friday". First Friday is something that Macon does every first friday of the month where they open all the restaurants and bars and clubs in the streets and it is like a big block party. So we did this because for my actual birthday we made a last minute DRIVE to New Jersey for 3 days to visit Grandmom who was in the hospital. She is fine now but it was scary for a while. We also dropped in and saw dad on the way back to Georgia. We would have on the way up there too, but by the time we hit DC, it was already like 3am. We left GA at 5:30pm on Friday and got to NJ at 7:30am on Saturday. We only stopped for gas and food and there not many options throughout the night along I-95! Here are some pictures to show how much fun we had for first friday. I did not take my camera to NJ, sorry.
